These are the fields that are accessible from every record and table by default (except when defined as otherwise).

These fields are always read only.

| Application         | The table it is associated to must have Used by multiple applications set as true in its definition | ChoiceValues:- Generated by the applications found in the application definition table | Holds the application that the record is a part of.                                    |

| Version             |                                                                                                     | Integer                                                                                | The number of times that the record was updated.                                       |
| ID                  |                                                                                                     | Globally unique identifier                                                             | The unique identifier that is unique within the system for every record in the system. |
| Current status      | The table it is associated to must have Has workflow set as true in its definition                  | Workflow status                                                                        | Holds the current status of a record.                                                  |
| Previous status     | The table it is associated to must have Has workflow set as true in its definition                  | Workflow status                                                                        | Holds the previous status the record had.                                              |
| Previous transition | The table it is associated to must have Has workflow set as true in its definition                  | Workflow transition                                                                    | Holds the ID of the transition that was last used to get to the current status.        |
