## Product request

- Tracks defect / enhancement / product request, from its submission to its deployment readiness
- Leverages best practices in ITSM by:
 - Linking to CMDB where the application or platform that the work done is for, is a CI
 - Linking to ITSM Change management process for production / live environment deployment purposes
- Leverages common platform features of Approval, Classification, Assignment and Time tracking

## Pre-loaded configuration

- "Servicely" as a CI for immediate use to track work done for your Servicely implementation
- Default Workflow
- Set of Classification options relevant to Servicely, but generic enough for you to tweak and add to, to make it application or platform agnostic as needed
- Kanban view, aligned to the status of the records
- Calendar view, displaying the records based on their planned start and end dates
- Dashboard with 360 view of the in flight records as well as the assigned work for the user
