 The Interaction application has been developed to act as the gateway and triage Table to most self service process record types within Servicely.  As a result, when you develop a new application and want to have a central entry place, it is often desirable to enable Interaction functionality for the new application.

 The following table details the fields available {{OOTB}} within Servicely's Interaction table 

Interaction fields and their behaviour

 On top of the normal role restrictions for an interaction, there are other restrictions that can be put in place.  When there has been a restricted group entered on an interaction, it will make it so only people who are apart of one of the groups in this field will be able to read the restriction.

Additional security and restrictions

 The interaction application has no roles set up specifically for it.  This was due to the factor that this is a wide reaching process that may cover many different processes.
