 Kanban offers an alternate means to visualising data within the Servicely platform - through configurable or data-driven cards.  Kanbans are a powerful way to show the status of work in progress, and provide a granular, card-centric means of managing work.

 To allow you to gauge customer satisfaction within the platform, Servicely allows you to create one or many surveys that can be sent to different audiences, every set number of days, with different questions.  To invite users to do so, an email is sent out with a link for the user to fill in a survey within Servicely (so they will need to login).

Survey

 Within Servicely it is possible to create templates can be used for two main purposes.  These purposes include the ability to pre-set records on a record based on hardcoded values or values (such as making a record a priority 1, setting an assignment group and classification (and more)) or create a record based on a schedule (such as a Monthly security patch task).

Templates

 Servicely provides agents with the capability to record the time spent on a variety of records, including incidents, service requests, and task-based records such as HR cases.  To enable the Time Worked functionality, a system administrator must ensure the following As an agent working on a record with Time Worked capability enabled, follow these steps to log your time Each ‘Time Worked’ entry creates a corresponding Time Card record.
