SOFI Pro on Microsoft Teams
SOFI's connectivity via Microsoft Teams puts a Servicely AI Agent into multiple communication channels such as Microsoft Teams so users have the option to ask for help in the chat tool they have instead of coming into the Servicely self service portal. This replaces the earlier version of SOFI's implementation with Microsoft Teams AI assistants available in "All" or "Teams" channels will be available to use on Microsoft Teams Screenshot below shows the Channels configuration of an AI assistant on Servicely They need to have their Servicely user record's Active Directory ID field populated with the objectid of their Entra ID user account.
SOFI on Microsoft Teams
SOFI can be connected to your Microsoft Teams tenant so that you and your colleagues can chat with SOFI on a Teams channel instead of on the Servicely Portal. This means that all of the existing conversation flows a user could use in the Self Service Portal (Password Reset, etc.
Microsoft Teams Notification Setup
Teams Notifications allows a Teams bot to send outbound notifications directly to a user via Microsoft Teams. It also handles responses, allowing rapid notification and responses from end users.
Microsoft Teams Group Chat Setup
You can create an MS Teams group chat from a Servicely ticket and export that group chat’s history back onto the Servicely ticket. You will need to configure a Table operation that runs the required client side function to go to MS Teams and create a group chat.
